  • No discounts during peak season.
  • Off peak discount: 5% for 7 or more nights.
  • Senior discount (65 or older) 5% off peak.
  • Military discount 5% off peak.
  • Sorry - no refunds for early departures.
  • Open year round. No pets. No smoking in unit.
  • Deposit: to confirm your reservation, a deposit of 50% of total stay is required.
  • Fall rates apply to holidays
  • Please confirm amenities you are interested in, when inquiring about your reservation.
  • Room requests are guaranteed based on room type, not a specific condo or property.
    We will try to accommodate special requests, however it is not guaranteed.

CANCELLATIONS:

  • OFF PEAK:
    • Outside 3 days of arrival = $50 cancellation fee
    • Within 3 days of arrival = Loss of deposit
  • PEAK SEASON:
    • Outside 14 days of arrival = $50 cancellation fee
    • Within 14 days of arrival = Loss of deposit
